Our impact

Measurable outcomes, human stories

Inclusion in action, scholarships that cover tuition and living costs, fair placements, and ongoing support that strengthens care in Bhutan and Singapore.

  • Every Challenge Became An Opportunity

“Arriving as part of the first Bhutanese cohort, I faced new social norms, a fast pace, and even Singlish. With support and time, every challenge became an opportunity. I learned to manage intense studies, adapt culturally, and thrive. Singapore isn’t just where I study now—it’s my second home.”

Official Liaison:
Bhutan ↔ Singapore

Heritage Socap is appointed as the official liaison between Bhutan’s Ministry of Labour and Singapore for nursing employment. We coordinate end-to-end recruitment and ensure nurses are supported before, during, and after placement.
